ADMISSION is FREE. The NHTIC is operated by the Bureau of Land Management (not the NPS), exhibits are maintained by a private 501(3) foundation, and the property was donated by the city of Casper. During COVID, We have been open since April 2020 on our winter hours of 9 AM to 4:30 PM. Since Memorial day weekend 2021 we are open 7 days a week 8 AM to 5 PM. In August 2022, we celebrate our 20th anniversary of being open to the public.
