Our first family-owned company was founded in 1930 in Burgos, Spain by Don Manuel Benito and his wife, Doña Claudia Ortiz. It all started with a small food truck where they would only sell churros and buñuelos. As our family expanded, the Manolo Trademark spread out to many countries in South America including Uruguay, Argentina, Peru, Costa Rica and Panama; and in 2004 we opened our doors here in Miami.
