Momofuku Noodle Bar East Village will officially reopen its doors on Thursday, July 14. As usual, reservations will be available on Resy and we’ll set aside a few tables for walk-ins every night. As we ease into service, we’ll open our doors for dinner 5 days a week, Thursday through Monday.
