What Disneyland Paris itself advises
The official site suggests a midweek stay, Tuesday to Thursday, for lower visitor numbers and shorter waits, between mid-January and mid-March or mid-April and mid-May. In a typical week, though, Tuesday and Thursday average 85%, while Sunday, Monday, Wednesday and Friday average 80%.
Weekdays vs weekends
Weekdays and weekends are equally busy on average, both at 80%. The difference is in the hours. Saturday reaches the weekly peak of 100% at 4 PM, 5 PM and 6 PM. Sunday at 9 AM is the quietest hour of the week, at 40%.
So the weekend gives you both extremes. Sunday morning is the best slot, and Saturday late afternoon is the worst.
Best time of year to visit
The official site says the resort is generally quieter on weekdays, Tuesday to Thursday, from mid-January to mid-March and from mid-April to mid-May, though there may be fewer shows at these times. Summer, weekends, holiday long weekends and seasonal events such as Halloween (October to early November) and Christmas (mid-November to early January) bring longer hours and more entertainment.
